The key to the free coaching and plan is to slowly introduce healthy food into your daily routine and this is unique for you. I suggest you read my article “What can we learn from Blue Zones?”. I have read many articles relating to a healthy lifestyle, daily habits and the secret to a long a healthy life. My research constantly lead me to the Blue Zones, area in the world were they have the highest percentage of people living over 100 years old. One common habit was eating vegetables, fiber, fruit, fish and red meat very rarely and also eating for enjoyment and social interagtion.
Healthy dinner ideas
Grilled Salmon with Roasted Vegetables: Grill a salmon fillet seasoned with herbs and serve it with a side of roasted vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes.
Vegetable Stir-Fry with Lean Protein: Sauté a variety of colorful vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and snow peas in a small amount of olive oil. Add lean protein such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a complete meal. Serve it over brown rice or cauliflower rice.
Grilled Chicken or Steak Salad: Grill a skinless chicken breast or a lean steak and slice it over a bed of mixed greens. Add colorful vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers. Dress the salad with a light vinaigrette.
Lentil Soup with Whole Grain Bread: Cook a hearty lentil soup with vegetables, herbs, and spices. Serve it with a side of whole grain bread for a satisfying and fiber-rich meal.
The above are just a few ideas but the goal is to increase vegetable, fruit, fish and healthy fats into our daily diet. The free myfitnesspal is a great tool/app to track your food intake and provides detail on how much bad saturated fat, sugar and salt is in your diet.

I have personally introduced these healthy habits to lose 12kg, 26.45 pounds or 1.88 stone over a year period ! In society today we are looking for quick fixes but my programme is based on introducing healthy habits and it has been scientifically proven that practising daily habits will lead to a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
